Meet Jan Martin Grindheim: JOWA’s New CEO with a vision for growth and unity

We are very pleased to introduce JOWA’s newly appointed CEO, Jan Martin Grindheim. In the interview linked below, he shares his vision for JOWA, along with insights on leadership and his personal journey.

Jan Martin is based in Norway but will be spending approximately half of his time working in Sweden. Most recently he worked at IMS Group as Vice President. His motivation to take on the role of CEO began after being part of the acquisition team at IMS during their due diligence process. The ambition is to build one JOWA family within IMS Group, across continents and daughter companies and to integrate the company into IMS group to enable further development and growth.
