After a period as CEO of JOWA, Jan Martin Grindheim will be stepping down from his role to take on the position of CEO at the sister company TeamTec within IMS Group. During his leadership at JOWA, Jan Martin played an important role in strengthening the company within IMS Group, with the clear ambition of building one JOWA family across continents and subsidiaries. A key focus has been to further integrate JOWA into IMS Group to enable continued development and sustainable growth.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Jan Martin for his dedication, strategic vision, and valuable contributions during his time at JOWA. Under his leadership, many important and positive changes were implemented, strengthening both the organization and internal collaboration within the JOWA family, as well as cooperation across IMS Group.

At the same time, we are very pleased to announce that Jim Are Jensen, currently JOWA’s Technical Manager, will assume the role of CEO effective 1 May 2026. Jim Are brings many years of experience within the company, deep technical expertise, and a strong understanding of JOWA’s culture, solutions, and customers. He also maintains strong relationships with JOWA’s subsidiaries worldwide and shares the clear ambition to continue and further develop the integration work initiated under Jan Martin’s leadership—ensuring continuity and a fully integrated JOWA organization within IMS Group.

We wish Jan Martin every success in his new position at TeamTec and look forward to continuing JOWA’s journey under Jim Are Jensen’s leadership.
